Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 4 cloves Basil, 10 leaves Olive Oil, 2 tbspPortabella Mushrooms, 1 LB.Acme Broccoli Cuts, 5 cups (whole bag)Acme Oriental Style Vegetables, 5 cup (whole bag)
Heat olive oil in large stainless pot and cook onions and garlic for a few minutes....add the rest. Let cook all through until hot and desired done-ness.
Serve alone or on top of pasta or brown rice.
