Asian Barley Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh chopped1 medium Carrots, raw chopped1 clove Garlic 2 tsp Ginger Root 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw chopped1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 cup Barley, pearled, cooked 1 tbsp *Flax Seed1cup Bell pepper (any color) chopped
Directions
Cook barley per package directions . Chill.
Make dressing: Mix soy, ginger, garlic, sugar and sesame oil in small bowl.
Toss barley and dressing. Add remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: 6 generous half cups
