Ingredients
2 cup Rice | Minute | White Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 7 serving Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage 7 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Water 1 can (use can from tomatoes to measure)1.5 tbsp thyme1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes.65 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Chop all then add to oil to deep pot heat over med high heat. Then add garlic and onion cook several minutes then add peppers cook a few minutes more. Add vinegar and spices then add both cans of tomatoes. Simmer 30 minutes. Add rice cook 10 more minutes or until rice is soft. Serve.
