Basic muffin Recipe

Ingredients

* *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove) * Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove) * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp (remove) 1 eggOptional Additions: * *Milk, chocolate, reduced fat, .5 cup (remove) * Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
In small bowl beat egg w/ fork, stir in milk and oil
Pour egg mixture all at once into dry ingredients.
Mix quickly until moistened, do not beat (will be lumpy)
Add desired goodies :)
Bake at 400 15-20 mins
