Cheesy Chicken and Veggie Scramble

Ingredients
2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted .5 serving Chicken Breast - Whole Large .5 serving Mini Pepper (bell peppers) (by THEITALIANBELLA) .5 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 0.125 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 0.125 cup 2% milk Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in skillet on low. Dice mini bell pepper and add to pan. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Dice tomato and chicken. Add to eggs and stir. Mix with peppers in the pan. Cook until done. Top with cheese. Let melt. Serve
