1 C milk (you can use water instead)1tsp cinnamon1 tsp splenda1/2 C of sliced fresh fruit (bananas, apples, berries, etc.)1/2 C old fashioned plain oatmeal (can also use instant, just follow the cooking directions on it.
In small saucepan over medium heat stir together your milk, cinnamon, splenda, and fruit. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until at a soft boil. Mix in oatmeal and cook for 5 minutes. Stirring frequently. Makes 1 serving.

I used a 1/2 cup of water with 1/2 cup of oatmeal and cooked it in the microwave for 30 seconds. I added the cinnamon, strawberries, and splenda as requested. Waited for a moment to let it cool down. Stirred it up and enjoyed every bite! It also kept me full the entire morning! 2 thumbs up! - 5/22/08
