1.0 fl oz Lime Juice0.25 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen0.25 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)2.0 cup Spinach, fresh3.0 oz Pink Salmon (fish)0.25 cup Beans, black1.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw
Directions
Cook salmon. Toss salad, sprinkle with lime juice, top with salmon. Add shredded cheese or green onion if desired. Serving Size: 1 large salad
