Ingredients
9 tsp (3 TSPB) French's Classic Yellow Mustard 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp packed Brown Sugar 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 2 serving Clove of Garlic (by BCOH1478) 1 tsp Paprika 24 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then coat it with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the sauce ingredients—the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, and paprika—then add the chicken and stir until each thigh is thoroughly coated. Use tongs to transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet, leaving room between each piece. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 180˚F using a quick-read thermometer and the juices run clear.
