1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup canola oil2 squares unsweetened dark chocolate (2 oz)1/2 cup egg beaters (or 2 eggs)2/3 cup sugar3 TB skim milk1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup all purpose flour1 1/4 tsp equal or sugar substitute1/4 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp salt
1. Mix baking soda, salt, equal and flour
2. mix sugar and egg substitutes and milk together with apple sauce and oil
3. add wet ingredients into dry ingredients
4. stir in vanilla
5. melt chocolate squares and stir into batter
6. spray 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray
7. bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven
Don't overbake
serves 9 large brownies!
