Versatile Low Carb Pancake

Ingredients
2.0 oz Cream Cheese2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Baking Powder1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 1 packet Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
Directions
Blend all ingredients with a stick blender. Add flavoring of choice. Maple, cinnamon, etc. Pan fry in coconut oil for pancakes. I fry these adding maple for breakfast sandwiches, add egg, sausage patty or bacon, cheese. Very good sub for fast food breakfast sandwich. I also put them in a sandwich maker with a few berries for muffin type of breakfast. They do not stick at all so I think it would work as waffle recipe too. Serving Size: Makes 6 bun sized pancakes. 8 sandwich maker "muffins"
