Ingredients
2 serving Egg whole - medium per egg 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) 1 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Spray skillet with non cooking spray, sauté onions, peppers, and spinach. Add 2 medium eggs. Let cook on one side. Once liquid eggs is dissolved, flip over in half. Let cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from stove.
