Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
0.50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.50 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp Asian Chili Paste (by REFERENCE)
Directions
Finely dice all vegetables. In a medium skillet on high brown turkey. Add vegetables and saute for 4-5 minutes. Reduce heat add sambal, soy sauce, and hiosin sauce until combined. Reduce heat and simmer til thickened. Serve on your favorite kind of lettuce.
