Ingredients
Directions
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 large Scrambled Egg 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 350 gram(s) Waitrose Jasmine Hom Mali Rice 350g raw chicken breast, cut into chunks (165g cooked)250 gram Knorr Chicken Stock Pot
Add rice to a rice cooker. Cook as per instructions, using 250ml (half) of a made up chicken stock pot to replace some of the water.
While it's cooking, fry off the chicken (350g raw yielded 165g cooked for me) in sesame oil. Set aside on paper towels. In the same pan, scramble an egg; at the same time, cook the peas. When the rice is done, add the rice to the pan with the egg; drain the peas and add those and the chicken, too. Fry for a few minutes until everything has mixed and smells delicious!
