Cherry Balsamic Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves4 scallions, sliced2 tomatoes, corsely chopped8 mushrooms, sliced3 dozen cherries, pitted and chopped1/2 cup chicken broth1/4 cup balsamic vinegarbasil, mint, and black pepper to taste
Directions
Brown chicken in a large pre-heated non-stick skillet for about 5 minutes on each side. Add scallions, tomatoes, and mushrooms, stirring frequently and continue cooking for about another 5 minutes. Add cherries, broth, and vinegar. Remove chicken to serving plate and spinkle with basil, minte, and black pepper. Spoon vegetables and cherries over the chicken. Bring sauce to a boil and then pour sauce over chicken.
