Jamaican Boiled Cornmeal Dumplings

Ingredients
2 cup flour1 cup cornmeal1 tsp salt1 1/2 cup water
Directions
mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl add water and knead into a dough.
Pinch dough and shape.
Add dough to pot of boiling salted water. leave Leave dough to boil for about 15 mintues.

Makes about 8 80g dumplings
