Ingredients
.5 cup Butter, unsalted 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 cup Flour, white 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients. Cut in cold flour. Make a well in the center and stir in buttermilk. Fold four times, and cut out 2" biscuits. Bake at 425 about 15 minutes.
