2 Tab. soy sauce1 1/2 T rice vinegarfew sprigs of watercress, chopped2 small green onions chopped1/4 t pepper (use white pepperif you want more of a bite)3/4 t. salt1 1/2 t. sugar1 t. dried pepper flakes, crushed1 t. crushed sesame seeds
