Ingredients
Whole Wheat TortillaFried Egg, 1 large Sliced Deli Meat, 1 sliceRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slices choppedOnions, 1 tbsp choppedCheddar Cheese, 1/3 cup, shredded
Directions
Fry egg in pan, once done remove and place tortilla in pan, sprinkle with cheese and other ingredients, place egg in, turn tortilla over so it is in half and cook until tortilla is browned and contents are hot.

    I've eaten this before and it is yummy! I usually add turkey sausage to make it more of a breakfarst burrito scramble and to cut back on calories I use eggbeaters. - 7/5/12
