2 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.5 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 serving El Mexicano Agua de Coco (Coconut Water)4 cubes of IceStevia packets to taste
1. In the blender, combine 1cup of fresh spinach and 10 oz of Coconut water on high speed until smoothly pureed. Stop blending and add banana, fresh pineapple, ice , Stevia, and chia seeds.
2. Blend again on high for approximately 1-2minutes or until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve immediately.
