Sesame Crusted Tuna Steak

Ingredients
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp Black Roasted Sesame Seed (by PLHEARD) 1 serving Ahi Tuna Steak 8oz (by MARYBETH6961) .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Place sesame seeds in a shallow dish or plate and toss to mix. Set aside.
2. Place a large skillet over medium heat -- add olive oil.
3. Press one side of tuna steak into the sesame seed mixture and then turn over and repeat.
4. When oil is heated, add the tuna steak, sesame side down. Sear 1-2 minutes, clip and cook another minute or 2.
5. Remove to cutting board and slice thinly.
