Kelly's Chicken, Bacon and Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
33 g Bacon, Streaky (UK) 1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 400 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 stalk Broccoli, fresh 2 carrot Carrots, cooked 1 small Onions, raw 2 serving Boullion OXO Chicken 1 sachet / 4.5 g (by NOVASCOTIAJ) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Prepare all the veggies - peel & chop.
Dice & cook bacon.
Dice & cook chicken breasts until browned.
Add onion and garlic and brown til soft. Then add other veggies, chicken oxo cubes, water and bacon into large pot.
(Can add in thyme if you wish).
Add in cooked chicken.
Bring to boil, and then let simmer until all veggies and chicken are soft/fall apart.

Serve.
