Ingredients
6 tablespoons self-rising flour 1 1/2 teaspoons nonfat plain yogurt 3 tablespoons skim milk .
Directions
Mix all ingredients well, then drop onto pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-13 minutes
