Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts1 Cup seasoned bread crumbs1 dash of salt & pepper1 egg, beaten1 can diced tomatoes1 can zucchini in tomato sauce2 tbsp. grated parmesan2 oz. grated mozzarella cheese2 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. garlic powderbasil & oregano to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degreess. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Beat egg in another bowl. Dip chicken breasts in egg and then coat in the bread crumb mixture. Heat olive oil in fry pan and fry chicken on med heat until brown on both sides. Mix canned tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, basil and oregano in a 9x13 baking dish. When chicken is done, place it on top of the tomato mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes and then top each breast with mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese bubbles. Makes 4 servings.
