Ingredients
1 large 5-grain baguette6 oz. fat free deli turkey breast2 Tbls. chopped black olives4 med. slices tomatoes1/2 c. sliced green peppers1/2 c. sliced onions10 sour pickle chips10 banana pepper strips1/2 c. shredded iceburg lettuce1 or 2 Tbls. fat free Kraft Mayo1 Tbls. spicy brown mustardSalt, pepper & rice wine vinegar
Directions
Cut baguette almost through and flatten on board. Spread both sides with mayo & mustard. Add turkey then layer remaining ingredients ending with lettuce. Add salt & pepper if desired and lightly sprinkle with rice wine vinegar.
Cut in half and have 1/2 for lunch each day.

I always buy mine at Publix but you can make them. They make the best lunch. Even though they are HUGE they only have 277 calories!!
