1 2oz Tilapia fillet2 Tbsp. white cooking wine1 Tbsp. curry powder1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
Heat the wine in a pan. Add tilapia. Season with curry powder and red pepper flakes. Cook until fish flakes, about 7 min, turning over once.
