4 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 2 cup Bobs Red Mill gluten free all purpose baking flour (by ELIZABETHV3) 1 tsp Salt
Wisk together egg, water, oil and yeast. Add flour and sprinkle with salt. Mix together into sticky "wet" dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let set for 45 minutes. Oil the center of a baking sheet or place parchment paper on sheet and oil paper. Place dough in center and flatten out to about 3/4 inch think round. Make dents with finger around the top and sprinkle with olive oil. Place fresh or dried herbs of your choice on top. Cover again with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-23 minutes. Let cool on rack for 30 minutes then cut in 6 pie shape pieces.
