Blueberry jam with xylitol

Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries, fresh 50 gram(s) Pure Xylitol (by MATTHEWLLOYDUK) 0.3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Crush blueberries with a fork.
Add blueberries and other ingredients into a cooking pot.
Bring to the boil over medium heat.
Turn heat down to low and cook for roughly 30 minutes or till mixture has thicken to a thick syrup
