Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cup Wild Rice .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 small Onions, raw 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 20 oz Steak - Beef Chuck Shoulder Steak for London Broil (by 2012ANEWME2012) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
Directions
Cut meat in thin strips- brown in hot oil. Remove meat from pan. Stir fry vegetables in pan. Add cooked rice. Push veggies and rice to the side and scramble eggs. Mix eggs into rice and veggies. Add meat and soy sauce to pan.
