8.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw3.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen4.0 clove Garlic3.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.75 cup Peas, frozen4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini0.5 cup Tomato Paste3.75 cup Beans, red kidney3.75 cup Beans, white12.0 cup Vegetable Broth3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added4.0 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value2.5 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup145.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
1. In a large pot cook onions & garlic over medium heat until they slightly soften.
2. Add carrots, cabbage, green beans, peas, & beans. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
3. Stir in bell peppers, undrained tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, bay leaves & seasoning.
4. Add in zucchini, broccoli, and corn. Simmer an additional 5 minutes or until soft.
5. Remove bay leaves before serving.
6. Add 1 piece of whole grain gluten free bread with some garlic butter for dipping.
