gluten free brown rice pasta and cheese

Ingredients
brown rice pasta (elbows) (1 lb)corn starch (1/4 C)1 bag kraft mexican cheese mix2 c skim milk
Directions
Bring milk to a simmer. Mix corn starch with a little water and add to milk. When it starts to thicken, add cheese. Remove from heat once the cheese is melted. Mix with cooked brown rice noodles thoroughly. Pour into a 8X8 ' greased glass baking dish and bake for about 1/2 an hour at 350 F.
