0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat1.5 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad)0.25 cup Beans, black1.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)1.0 serving Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp3.0 oz Chicken - Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips
Cook rice following directions in package or rice cooker. I prefer to add bullion to the water for extra flavor. Combine rice with lettuce in dished then too with remaining ingredients. Spritz with lime juice. No dressing needed.
Get creative with veggie add ins for even more flavor.
