2 lbs beef stew meat 3 cups Great Value Instant Brown Rice (uncooked)1 can *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 4 cup Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free (great value)1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Thyme, ground 1/2 tsp Pepper, white 1/2 tsp Pepper, black 1/2 tsp Chili powder 2 cans Kidney Bean, low sodium 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Onion powder 2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
Add the stew meat to the crockpot.
Cover the stew meat with rice onions and kidney beans.
In a bowl mix together chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, paprika, thyme, white pepper, black pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric and sea salt. Pour evenly over everything in the crockpot. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours until meat is done and rice is tender.
