Ingredients
8.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw3.0 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 leek Leeks2.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared3.0 tbsp Low fat cream cheese4.0 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
On low heat Stir all veggies in butter with 1/2 tsp of oregano and 1/2 tsp of thyme until all the vegetables are covered with butter and herbs then add chicken stock bring to a boil until veggies are tender then add cream cheese and put in the blender.
