Ingredients
4 oz of Chicken Breast- Cut into Strips1 EggA Dash of 1% or Skim Milk3 tbsp Flax Seed Meal 1 Tbsp RosemaryA Dash of Black Pepper
Directions
Cut Chicken into Strips.

Beat egg in dish, add a dash of milk, mix.

Dip Chicken Strips into the egg/milk battter.

Mix Flax Seed Meal, Rosemary, and Pepper in a seperate dish.

Dip Chicken strips into the Flax Seed Meal mixture. Lay out on a greased cookie tin (olive oil Pam works best). Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until light brown on top.
