Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw8.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
Directions
Wash and grate potatoes Heat olive oil in 12 inch skillet Add potatoes, ground turkey and diced onions to skillet Season with apx 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp sage, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Brown meat and potatoes over high heat. Reduce heat cover skillet and cook 30 -45 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
