1 cup Flour, white 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 4 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Milk, 3.25% 4 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh
Sift dry ingredients. Blend in shortening. Add egg, beaten with milk to make .5 cup liquid. Press into 12 inch pie plate. Cover with 4 sliced peaches, peeled. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
