Sunday Brunch French Toast

Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 12 serving Great Value Wheat Bread with Honey 2 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) syrup (optional)1 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp
Directions
Break eggs into bowl and scramble. Add milk

Dip bread into egg mixture and fry in skillet coated with Pam until cooked on both sides.

Place two slices toast on plate, spread butter or margarine and top with syrup if desired.

Serving Size: makes 18 pieces toast, each serving is 2 pieces
