40.0 Grams Lentils0.5 1tsp Olive Oil1.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.0 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 cup Vegetable Broth0.5 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 tsp Curry powder
Directions
Heat oil med high heat, add spices stir 3 min Add veg, potato, lentils, broth and tomato. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 20 mins
