Low-Carb Strawberry Short Cake

Ingredients
1 container, Philadelphia Cream Cheese "CheeseCake" flavored.1 pkg. Thomas "Light" English Muffins.1 container, Fresh Strawberries. *Frozen un-sweet may be used.)
Directions
Clean & hull if using Fresh Strawberries, sprinkle with Splenda & refrigerate over-night.

Toast muffins. Spread with Cream Cheese across each top with 1 tsp. each. Place on dessert plate- side by side. Heap 1.c. strawberries across tops of each muffin & serve!
*One container & package serves 8.

    This would be better on Arnold thins the whole grains are with Stevia. Others have sucralose.
    Thins have less carbs but larger portions. Splenda is a night mare for me UGH Stevia is natural and it works. Fresh Berries with nothing is even better. Mashing some of the berries and some halves is Yum - 2/10/13
