crustless tomato pie

Ingredients
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.75 cup Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (by DAYMONM2) 0.75 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 8 tbsp Dukes light mayo 1 tbsp Basil 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Oven 350
slice tomatos place in colander or rack
sprinkle with salt to remove some moisture
mix cheese and mayo
stir in basil and garlic
layer tomato and cheese mixture
bake 30-40 minutes
