Flaxseed and Chia Pudding

Ingredients
3 tbsp Chia Seeds3 tbsp Flaxseed 1.25 cup Soy Milk 2 tsp coconut sugar
Directions
Ground flaxseed into meal, combine with chia seeds and sugar, then add soy milk or alternative. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Top with fruits and honey for sweeter taste.
