Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh .25 cup Butter, salted 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 cup Mushrooms, canned 32 oz Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing (by SUZZZZQ) 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1 tsp Paprika
Sauté onions, celery and mushrooms in butter.
Add parsley, sage, pepper to stuffing mix.
When vegetables are soft add to stuffing mix and seasonings.
Stir in 1.5 cups of chicken broth.
Place stuffing mixture loosely in the bottom of the crockpot.
Place chicken thighs on top of the stuffing.
Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
