Ingredients
175.0 Grams Green Peppers (bell peppers)150.0 Grams Onions, raw350.0 Grams Red Ripe Tomatoes0.25 cup Lemon Juice1.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Dice vegetables, I prefer small pieces it's up to you. Stir together, add salt then lemon juice and stir again. Let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
