Ingredients
4 oz Barilla Veggie Penne (Carrot & Tomato)1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted 1 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Oregano, ground 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions and run under cold water to cool. Add veggies and dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
