3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Granulated Sugar6.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 cup Milk, 1%2.0 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 Whisk eggs, sugar and melted butter until blended. Add flour alternatively with milk in 3 additions, whisking to blend after each addition. Whisk in baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
