Ingredients
4.0 cup (Pictsweet) Collard Greens, choped, frozen0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers4.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 serving Smithfield Thick sliced bacon - one slice1.0 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Directions
Render bacon, sweat onion and peppers with salt in drippings. Add greens and pour stock over greens (I used homemade seafood stock) then cover. Chop bacon and stir in. Cooking until desired texture.
