0.5 cup Palm Oil3.0 cup Beans, black200.0 Grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen100.0 Grams Onions, raw100.0 Grams Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 tbsp Pepper, black1.5 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato200.0 Grams Plantains
Directions
Boil beans till soft then add potato and plantain. Add onions, tomato and pepper. Add salt and seasoning to taste. Add palm oil. And bring to a boil
