Ingredients
14 oz Barilla Plus Penne 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) .5 serving Bell Pepper - Orange - 1 large (3 - 3.75 inches) (by GARYO12) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 serving Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 4 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) 3 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 8 oz Athenos Feta Cheese 2 tbsp Basil
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse well with cold water.
Add all other ingredients, saving the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper until the end. Dress the salad using these liquids to your preference.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
