16.0 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread (1 cup)1.0 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 serving(s) ener-g egg replacer1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract3.0 cup Flour, white or Gluten free0.5 cup Oats, Quaker quick-cooking0.25 tsp Salt0.75 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup enjoy life semi sweet mini chips
Directions
Cream butter, add sugars and beat until lugbt and fluffy. Add Ener-G and vanilla and mix well. Then add remaining ingredients except chips. Mix well and stir in chips. Drop on grease cookie sheets by teaspoons. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Enjoy
