Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil5.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth250.0 Grams Ground Pork1.0 clove Garlic1.5 tsp Ginger Root3.0 tbsp chopped Shallots1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce25.0 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)
Directions
Mix garlic , ground pork , egg , white part of green onion , soy sauce and pepper together. Wrap mixture in wonton wrapper. In a sauce pan cook for 5 min in water then transfer in sauce pan with boiling chicken broth, ginger and sesame oil for another 5 min Serving Size: 5 wonton
